As this was the main reason we had booked this accommodation we asked to cancel. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us a full refund for our stay which they were not obliged to do. This was excellent customer service and we'd definitely book this accommodation again if we are in that part of Iceland. We did visit the guesthouse and it is in a beautiful location right on the beach with the waves crashing in.”
