“The second issue we had was, in my opinion more serious and very intrusive. We have booked a room with a private balcony and sea view. On our first morning at the hotel, at approximately 7:15 am we were getting dressed to attend an early excursion and found ourselves facing a drone on our balcony about 2 feet from the patio door with camera pointed into our bedroom. We immediately went out on the balcony to see who was operating the drone and it appeared to be a man on another balcony. We reported this to the hotel admin immediately and we were told they would investigate. No apologies received for the incredible intrusion of our privacy and no follow-up from the hotel on the result of their investigation. A very upsetting experience and in my opinion, it was managed poorly.”
