We had an issue with the heating which was communicated upfront and a lot was done to accommodate us to make sure it didn't affect our stay, and it really didn't, we had a lovely time! We also appreciated the oil and wine that were left for us of their own production, it was a really nice touch. We would recommend the place to anyone looking to explore Tuscany!”
