“One huge disappointment for us that made all the difference - we arrived with a child with allergy to gluten (celiac disease). We asked before arrival and were told there are gluten free dishes in the restaurants. There was absolutely NOTHING available for him to eat. Not at the restaurants, not at the bar, not at the coffee shop and not even in the water part. Only Feta salad which is not suitable for a child. This caused us to need to go back to our villa every few hours to cook him dishes. We couldn’t eat anywhere in the resort. Even the French fries , were cooked in the same oil with other gluten fried dishes so when I say nothing I mean - nothing. This was honestly very disappointing and will cause us not to return in the future, unless more awareness will be given to this manner, or at least transparency. Had we received the correct information when we asked - we wouldn’t have booked this resort.”
