The airconditioning in our double room worked perfectly. Breakfast was lovely, a wonderful choice of local products - different breads, cheeses, hams, fruits, with coffee and delicious, freshly squeezed, orange juice. The shared kitchen had absolutely everything you could need - fridge, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, saucepans, plates, cutlery, etc. (and salt-pepper-oil-vinegar-garlic plus fresh herbs in planters) - so it was perfect for preparing lunches or cooking dinners. And there was a nice little sheltered patio area to eat. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the pool. The area is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by olive groves, and the nearby villages of Alte, Salir and Benafim are only a short drive away - en-route we found a Spar supermarket which has everything you need (and a lovely selection of fresh bakery products). All in all, we had a great stay at Casa da Tita, and can highly recommend it.”
