We were disappointed that the pool and spa closed at 7pm. We were always out exploring beautiful Mallorca and it would have been nice to relax by the pool in the evening.

While direct private sea access is noted as difficult due to the rocky shore, the hotel compensates with multiple pools and a spa, which guests find highly enjoyable and relaxing.

The pool area was breathtaking and we always found a seat. Service was quick and the food was delicious.

Amazing facilities, beautiful setting

praiseNZMay 2025

only thing missing is the private access to sea / access to sea - this part of Mallorca has really rocky shore and getting yourself to quick dip to the sea was quite adventure BUT the three pools and spa more than compensate for this.

Why we chose this stay · Tier B

The Jumeirah Mallorca offers many calmcation elements: stunning natural views, good water access via pools, a slow atmosphere, and excellent village proximity. While it is a larger, more luxurious hotel, the strong emphasis on relaxation and natural beauty, coupled with exceptional service, aligns well with our criteria, though it lacks the intimate, converted-building feel of a Tier A property.
