Es handelt sich um zwei Bungalowgebäude mit jeweils ein paar Zimmern und einer Gemeinschaftsterrasse vor den Eingangstüren zu den Zimmern. Die beiden Brüder wohnen mit ihren Familien ebenfalls auf dem Gelände, so dass immer irgendjemand ansprechbar ist. Im wunderschönen Garten gibt es reichlich Liegen und Hängematten unter Olivenbäumen und einen relativ großen (unbeheizten) Pool. Sehr positiv fand ich die persönlichen Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, die man vor Ort (auf Englisch und Italienisch) herunterladen konnte. Die empfohlenen Restaurants waren sämtlich hervorragend. Die Familie ist sehr stolz auf die eigenen Produkte (Olivenöl, Obst und Gemüse - natürlich alles Bio), die auch zum Frühstück angeboten werden. Das Frühstück wird im Garten auf einer überdachten Terrasse angeboten und ist (besonders für süditalienische Verhältnisse) sehr reichhaltig. Täglich frisch gebackene Kuchen. Die Familie bietet für die Gäste (in der Regel) einmal pro Woche einen Grillabend an (Preis 2025: 20,00 € - inkl. Getränke), der natürlich mit dazu beiträgt, dass insgesamt unter den (überschaubaren) Gästen eine familiäre Atmosphäre herrscht. Das Gelände ist über ein elektrisches Tor verschlossen, zu dem alle Gäste einen elektronischen Schlüssel erhalten. Das Auto steht damit wirklich sicher. Die Zimmer sind super-sauber und werden selbstverständlich täglich (sehr gründlich) gereinigt. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Check-In-Zeit 11.00 Uhr (!). Wir hatten tatsächlich an einen Druckfehler geglaubt und waren positiv überrascht, dass uns Barbara zu dieser Zeit nicht nur erwartete, sondern auch sofort ins fertige Zimmer führte. Wir würden B+B Parcomonsignore unseren Freunden mehr als empfehlen - und kommen gerne beim nächsten Apulienurlaub wieder.”
