“Beautiful hotel with amazing views, spacious room. Fab shower with rainfall head, jets and a string standard head, great pressure and steady heat. A great small swimming pool and outdoor hot tub. Mostly immaculately clean, very friendly and attentive reception and bar staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them! This isn't a huge hotel so because we stayed 6 nights we got to know them quite well and you really feel that personal attention and care. Really good food, excellent quality and quick room service at no extra cost. Breakfast brought to the room everyday! We booked a day trip to Knossos through the hotel and they prepared lunch boxes for us to take with us instead of breakfast as we had to leave early. All ready for us that morning and they were great. We also learned that they send their leftover food back to feed the animals at a local farm that they get produce from. Super! We both had massages with Maria in the spa and they were excellent, highly recommended. All in all a fantastic stay combining sightseeing with relaxation. Also was very good value for money.”
