“We were disappointed that we spent extra money to get the suite with the private heated pool on the balcony, but “heated” still was much too cold to enjoy. It was a waste of money. The hotel maintenance man told us it was working properly, and that 73 F was the warmest it could get. This feels absolutely freezing in January in Greece.”
