She accommodated my early arrival and was the sweetest person getting me settled after 32 hours of travel. She helped me rent a car; even followed up to check on it while I was procrastinating. Breakfast options are superb. Great location to take walks. Beautiful views from the room and the common areas. Definitely recommend this hotel. Renata you're wonderful!”
